I am a specialist in the application of Behavioral Sciences (BeSci) to the identification of significant ways to improve people's lives. My experience includes leading a "Behavioral Unit" at Behavioral Pensions (BeWay), being a regional consultant advisor for the Retirement Savings Lab of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for four years, and projects related to education, microfinance, and evaluation at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), ideas42, the World Bank, and as a consultant for the Presidency of Colombia. I also enjoy teaching, having taught eight different undergraduate courses over ten years as well as multiple executive courses. These courses include Behavioral Economics and Impact Evaluation. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Calgary, with an emphasis in public economics and behavioral and experimental economics, and a B.A. and M.A. in economics from the Universidad de los Andes.
